We have a room block with special rates reserved for our party from March 12-19 2024. While the resort does require a 3-night-minimum stay, you are free to book within that window as your schedule and budget allow. We do suggest arriving by Thursday March 14th, however. We will be there the entirety of our block. :)
All rooms must be booked and deposits paid by October 31, 2023. That said, due to logistics with the resort/planning, we would appreciate an RSVP as soon as you have a solid idea if you'll be able to join us.
Wow, great! If you were able to find a lower rate for your stay at Azul somewhere else, we ask that you please contact our travel agent, Deanna (info@breezybrides.com), with the information, and she will contact the resort to price match. It is important all guests book through Deanna, as the resort requires a room list of guests who will be attending our wedding.
Yes! A passport is required to travel to Mexico by air. Please note your passport must be valid through six (6) months AFTER travel, so be sure to check your expiration date with enough time to renew if needed. For information regarding passports: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html
We chose a family-friendly resort for those of our friends and family who wish to bring their children along for a fun vacation; however, we kindly ask that you utilize Azul's childcare services during our events, as there is only capacity for those listed on your invite. Please contact the resort for more information on their childcare.
Cancún in March is great! The average high is 84°F, and the average low is 69°F.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors on the Sky Deck (a rooftop overlooking the beach) and the reception will be outdoors near one of the resort's pools.
Absolutely! Your bride loves photos! The more, the better. We would love for you to take photos and share them with us using the QR code at our reception.
Yes! We completely understand traveling for our wedding is a big ordeal and not everyone will be able to make it. Please feel no pressure! While we don't have anything set yet, we do plan to schedule small celebrations in Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin for those who are unable to attend the wedding in Cancún. Our resort will also live stream our ceremony.
