Cocktail attire is requested. The ceremony will be held in a church, so we recommend dressing with that setting in mind. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held outdoors. As May weather in New England can be a bit unpredictable, ladies may wish to bring a shawl or light wrap for comfort.
If you are trying to book a room via our room block but it is showing that there are no rooms available, please reach out to us so we can add additional rooms to our room block.
We are still finalizing the ceremony timing but estimate a start time of 1:30pm or 2pm. Please check back soon for more details. In the meantime, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating. When you arrive, please enter through the side door of the church.
Yes—there is parking available at both locations. At the ceremony, St. Joseph Church has a parking lot on-site, located behind the church and alongside the school. Additional street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood if needed. At the reception, Quidnessett Country Club offers ample on-site parking for guests, with parking located to the left of the main building. Transportation will also be available to and from the reception at the LOOM.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve chosen a wonderful photographer to capture the moment, and it would mean so much to us to see your smiling faces instead of phones!
After the ceremony, you’ll have some time before the reception begins. We recommend relaxing and taking a moment to unwind, or exploring a few nearby spots if you’d like to stretch your legs. Some favorites include Apponaug Brewery, Cork & Rye, or the hotel bar at The LOOM—all just a short walk or ride away. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at cocktail hour!
Yes! We’ll have transportation running to and from the reception from The LOOM Hotel. Additional details will be provided at a later date.
