Are guests required to wear masks?

Answer

We are asking all guests to adhere to the CDC / venue guidelines. We are asking all guests to please come fully vaccinated and boosted. While we respect everyone’s choice, we want to keep everyone as safe as possible. We will provide updates as the CDC / venue guidelines change. Thank you!

When do things start and end?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM, with cocktail hour, reception, and dancing to follow. Unfortunately, the fun must end at 11:00 PM.

How will I get to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttle services for wedding guests will be provided from the Hyatt Place Denver- South/ Park Meadows hotel in Lone Tree, CO. The shuttles will leave promptly at 3:00 PM from the hotel and arrive at the venue around 3:45 PM. Shuttle will take hotel guest only back to the Hyatt in Lone Tree at 11:00 PM from Spruce Mountain Ranch. *Please note that while Uber/ Lyft can get you to Spruce Mountain Ranch, it often does not work as a way home from the venue. Consider the shuttle as a way to safely get you to and from the venue!

Can I Uber / Lyft to and from the venue?

Answer

We learned that Uber will take you to Larkspur, CO. However, very few Uber's will be in Larkspur to take you home. Please plan to drive yourself to and from the venue if you are not interested in the shuttle services.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish we could include all of the wonderful kids in our life. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate some children ages 5 and up. Any children will be included in your RSVP if we can accommodate them. If you have questions, please reach out!

Should I drink more water before I come to CO?

Answer

YES! The altitude in Denver is 5280 ft. and the altitude at the venue is 7069 ft. Please drink plenty of fluids 3-5 days before leaving for Denver, and continue to do so during your visit!
