She sent a like, and moved on, unaware it was only the beginning. Months later, she joined Hinge, and her very first match was Jonathan. They exchanged a few messages—“Could this be something?” she wondered—but hesitation pulled her away, and once again, the moment slipped by. Feeling discouraged, Jonathan then deleted the app all together. Still, fate had other plans. When Jonathan started a young adult group at his temple, the Rabbi handed him a list of over 1000 names of potential members. Luckily, Morgan was one of them. Taking it as a sign, he reached out to her on Instagram. That message became a phone call that lasted for hours. They met for ice cream the very next day. From that moment on, everything fell into place—they knew they had found the love they were always meant to share.
