Along my side will be this blessing of a woman! No matter how far, she will always be my best friend! I can’t wait to have her there with me! Marie and I met while serving in the Navy in SD, CA in 2010. I was pregnant with Austin when I began to trust this woman fully! I asked her to be there with me when I gave birth to Austin. Austin didn’t feel like coming out till I was 2 weeks overdue. Even tho she had a baby of her own still nursing at home, I remember her coming over after my water broke to pick me up. I’m pretty sure we had a plastic bag down on the seat! LOL She held my legs and my hand but the most memorable moment of her being there was that she cut my umbilical cord! I’ll never forget this day! This was the moment I knew she’d be in our lives forever and now my maid of honor!
