How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click on the RSVP link in the tabs. On this page, you will enter the first and last name of one member of your party below. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page. If you have any issues, feel free to shoot us a text and we’ll get you through it:)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children and genuinely hope you can join us to enjoy our adults-only wedding

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation:) Unfortunately due to the guest limit, we are unable to add any additional guests than what we offered on your invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Galvan wedding is a formal event. We would appreciate if everyone would arrive in formal attire:)

Which Air Port should I fly into?

Answer

There are two options: 1. The closest airport is Salisbury Regional Airport. -this airport is about 23 miles away from Ocean City (where we recommend you book your stay/ we have blocked group lodging) - this is a smaller airport and does not have as many options for flights but is the shortest drive -this option will have a smaller variety of car rentals to choose from -this airport will likely cost you more to fly in to than BWI, but is significantly closer 2. The second option is Baltimore International Airport (BWI) -this is the largest and most likely cheapest option for flights but it is 104 miles from Ocean City (2.5 hour drive) -this will have the largest selections for car rentals

What are the wedding colors?

Rust brown, rust terracotta, & sage green

Will there be Alcohol or do I have to BYOB?

Answer

We will have an open bar! Please Do NOT bring your own alcohol into the reception.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

We HIGHLY recommend that all guests have their own mode of travel. The venue is about 33 minutes from Ocean City (where we have blocked lodging/recommend you reserve lodging) and the airport (depending where you fly into) is also a good distance from the venue/ hotels.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 8, 2025. Regrettably, due to limited space, we will be unable accommodate those who do not RSVP by that specified date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held at Castle Farms and there is plenty of parking, as well as shuttle service to and from the parking lot.

Will we have to walk from the parking lot?

Answer

Absolutely not! Don’t scuff your shoes, we have golf carts and drivers to take you from parking to the venue.

Is the venue handicapped friendly?

Answer

Absolutely! All guests will be shuttled to and from their cars in the parking lot and any guests requiring additional assistance will be shuttled from the ceremony space to the reception area.

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We recommend that all members of the wedding party arrive by Tuesday evening. The rehearsal dinner will be early in the day (TBD) on Wednesday and you may not be able to check in to your room until later Wednesday. However, if Tuesday is not doable, please plan to arrive before the rehearsal dinner on Wednesday. All other guests- we will have a beach fire on Wednesday evening and everyone is welcome. The wedding will be Thursday afternoon, but you may still want to arrive Wednesday due to the late check-in times at the hotel. They cannot guarantee early check-in. The ceremony will start at 5PM EST we kindly ask that everyone arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to park and find your seat.

Can I check in early to the hotel?

Answer

The hotel cannot guarantee early check-in. Please plan accordingly. The hotel will only guarantee check-in by 4pm

When/where is the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be at Castle Farms, in SnowHill, MD. (the same location as the wedding) We are expecting the rehearsal to be around 2/3 pm

Will there be live animals? Can I pet them?

Answer

Yes! The venue is an active farm and they breed Andalusian horses. We will have a beer cow walking around and there will be a Miniature Highland Cow to greet you on your way to the reception. She is so friendly and loves to be pet!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any food allergies. We are limited on our options, but we will let you know ahead of time, which foods to avoid.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is a service we are unable to provide. The wedding venue is about 33 mins from the hotels so an Uber may be pricey, but is always an option. We recommend driving. The venue WILL allow you to leave your vehicle overnight.

Can I leave my car at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue will allow you to leave your car there over night, but you must pick it up the following morning.

Is glassware allowed at the venue?

Answer

No. All drinks will be in plastic cups. This is for the safety of the live animals that reside on the property.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Although we would love to see our ceremony through your lens, we have hired a professional photographer to capture the moment and ask that you allow them to capture every angle so that you can be present with us during the ceremony ❤️ We are looking forward to having you enjoy our unplugged ceremony. However, we would love if you took photos before the ceremony and during the reception to share with us in our digital photo album:)
