Like many modern couples, we met online, but not in the way you may be thinking. We were first introduced in early 2014 when we were both added to the same Facebook Messenger chat after committing to Arcadia University. Somehow, despite having only interacted a few times in the group, it became apparent that everyone thought we'd "make such a cute couple" and that we should give dating a try. It got to the point where we were being "shipped" together like your favorite couple on a TV show. Neither of us particularly minded it, in fact we both fed into the joke, tossing flirty banter back and forth like you would a frisbee on a warm summer day. Little did we know that was only the beginning. After briefly meeting in person, a pitstop on Dominic's way to meet his freshman year roommate Tyler (aka his now Best Man), we exchanged numbers and the ball was set in motion. Months of getting to know each other through late night texts and video calls culminated in Dominic driving two hours from his hometown for our first real date. The rest, as they say, is history. In our nearly 12 years together, our love has continued to grow and evolve right alongside us. The 18 year old versions of us would be so proud of our accomplishments and the life we've started to build together. Despite the challenges that have been thrown our way, we've learned to share the load, to lift each other up even during those difficult times.
