Tanner and Amandine first met online. If you asked, they would tell you that the first thing they liked about each other was their shared sense of humor, sarcasm, and just the way they both obviously didn't want the conversation to end. A couple of weeks later phone numbers were exchanged, leading to more endless days and nights of chatting. Finally on December 16, 2017 their first date took place at Main Event. They very quickly realized that together, they could have fun anywhere! That evening they ended up at the movie theater and Tanner, keeping it real, fell asleep. Later when Tanner dropped her off, Amandine realized she had locked herself outside of her house, so Tanner stayed outside with her until past 1am when the locksmith finally came to let her in. Their perfectly imperfect first date led to many more. 3 weeks and probably 1,000+ miles on the odometer later, Tanner officially asked Amandine to be his girlfriend on the Eve of New year 2018. That was Amandine's first "Yes"! Fast forward to June 13th 2019, the day of the proposal. Tanner proposed to Amandine in Paris Texas! (clever right, giving that she is from France). There he was on one knee, under an Eiffel Tower. That day he got his second "Yes". In 2020 Amandine graduated college and that's when they started actively looking for their first home. They had been saving for a little over 2 years at that point, and both are now anxiously waiting on the house completion. Tanner loves Amandine's strong work ethic, effervescent personality, and the fact that they share so many common interests. Amandine loves Tanner's selfless, his values, loyal personality, and really likes his hair. Together, they are so ready to begin the next chapter of their life.
