3:30 pm
The first shuttle will depart from the Sheraton at 3:30pm, arriving at the venue about 30 minutes before seating begins for the ceremony. We understand this requires guest to be ready early, and will be providing adult beverages as an incentive for guest who are able to take the early shuttle. Take advantage of some extra time for photos, as the grounds of the venue are beautiful. There will be refreshments available once on site as well. Please note there are 28 seats available on the shuttle so the more guests we have on the first shuttle, the more we can fit on the second!
4:20 pm
This is the second and final shuttle to the venue. Please be ready and waiting by 4:15pm. There will be 28 seats available. If you do not make this shuttle please plan to take a ride share service to the venue. The venue is about 25 minutes from the hotel without traffic. Any beverages not consumed by guests on the first shuttle will be available for guests on the second shuttle.
5:00 pm
Cocktail attire
Please arrive no later than 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony. Reception to begin at 6:00pm.

This is the final shuttle back to the hotel. If it fills up, the remaining guests will need to request a ride share service. All guests must be off the property by 11pm. If you drove to the venue and take the shuttle or ride share service back, you may leave your car at the venue overnight. The Larimore is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left at the venue.
9:30 pm
This is the first shuttle available to guests to return to The Sheraton Chalet in Westport.
