Welcome Party

Cocktail Attire
Dinner will be provided at the welcome party for everyone, so come hungry! Trolleys will leave the Kimpton and AC Hotels at 6:45 pm and at 7 pm to provide transportation to the welcome party***. Trolleys will also provide transportation back to the Kimpton and AC Hotels at 9 pm and 10:30 pm from the Welcome Party. The AC and Kimpton Hotels are diagonally across the street from each other (direct opposite corners of Broadway and College Sts). The 6:45 pm trolley will be out front of the AC Hotel, the 7 pm trolley will be out front the Kimpton Hotel - please feel free to get on either trolley regardless of where you are staying!!

Ceremony

Black Tie
The church is ~2 blocks from the AC and Kimpton Hotels if you would like to walk. There will also be trolleys picking up guests from the AC and Kimpton Hotels at 4:30 pm offering transportation to the church. There will be a trolley leaving the Grove Park Inn at 4:15 to provide transportation to the church (trolley will pick up guests at the Sammons Wing Entrance).
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Black Tie
Transportation will be provided from the church to the reception for all guests! There will also be transportation to the after party (Off the Wagon Dueling Piano Bar), to the AC and Kimpton Hotels, and to the Grove Park Inn following the reception. Additionally, an early trolley will depart from the reception at 9 pm to provide transportation back to all hotels (Grove Park, Kimpton, AC).
After Party
