The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We ask that guests arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
There is ample parking at the venue. All parking is in a gravel parking lot, a close walk to the ceremony spot.
The ceremony, as well as cocktail hour, will be hosted outdoors. We will move indoors for the reception.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly request semi-formal, cocktail attire for our wedding. For ladies, we suggest a block heel for stability in the gravel parking lot and ceremony area. (No white please!)
If you received a plus one, this will be clearly addressed on your formal invitation and your guest will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Please ensure that you RSVP for both yourself and your guest. We can only accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation.
While we love all the kiddos, we want the parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves and we have chosen our special day to be a primarily adult event. A select few kids above the age of 10 have been explicitly invited on the invitations. Thank you for your understanding!
Yes! Cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors with a reduced bar selection. Once we get indoors for the reception, the full bar selection will be available. We will not be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, so please plan accordingly.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, so we ask that all guests' phones and devices be put away and set to silent during the ceremony. We have an excellent photographer and will share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you would like!
Please see the accommodations tab above for recommended hotels. The bride & groom will be staying at the Westin in the Woodlands which is roughly a 25 minute drive to the venue, but guests can choose to stay wherever they like! The hotels in Conroe will be a short 10 minute drive to the venue. Please be aware that we have reserved courtesy group rates for select hotels, but these are not gauranteed rooms. So, please book your stay as soon as possible.
We are providing transportation to/from the venue for all guests. The Shuttle will be picking up guests at the Westin in the Woodlands. Be sure to arrive early for boarding as the shuttle will proptly depart at 4:40pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle will be departing the venue at 10:45pm. There are some other hotels near the Westin, like the Marriot at the Woodlands.. So, you may wish to stay at other hotels nearby and still use the offered transportation to/from the Westin Hotel. (Please note the Westin has garage parking with a daily fee, so you may want to uber here from nearby hotels if needed.) For guests staying elsewhere and not using the provided transportation, we ask that you plan your evening responsibly. Please select a designated driver, carpool with friends or family, or take an Uber. The Conroe hotels will be close to the venue, so an Uber is an easy choice! If you leave your car at the venue overnight, please be sure to come back to pick it up by 9am the following day (per strict venue rules). Thank you!

We welcome all guests to keep the party going at Kirby Ice House in the Woodlands. (This location is a 5 minute walk to the Westin at the Woodlands.)
