Matron of Honor
Hey y’all!!!! My name is Tiffany and Bianca is my sister-cousin. My mom and her dad are brother and sister, so we pretty much grew up like siblings. I’m so honored to be standing by her side on this very special day. I met Wade in 2006 when he and Bianca were just Juniors in high school. They’ve always been perfect for each other and I’m so blessed to be able to witness this beautiful love story!

2. Bianca and I met over 20 years ago in 5th grade. We were in the same class. As we transitioned into middle and high school, we attended the same schools and remained friends. We got really close in 9th grade and pretty much became inseparable. When we went off to college, of course we didn’t see each other as much. However, every time we came back home, we would always reunite and pick up right where we left off. I have so many great memories that I could share, but I will try to keep this brief. I’m just so glad that God blessed us with this wonderful friendship because good friends are rare/ hard to find. Congrats to you and Wade on this beautiful union. I wish you both the best. May you have many years of love and happiness. Love you bestie!
Maid of Honor
Hello, I’m Bianca’s older sister Natasarea (Taz) and all of our best memories come from growing up together! The laughs, the good times, being there for the birth of my daughters. I am so happy and proud to see the woman you have become! As you go on to the next beautiful chapter in your life, may God continue to bless you and your new family!

My name is Courtney Bridgers. I am originally from Atlanta, GA and currently reside in Charlotte, NC with my husband, Gerard, and our two children. I am Wade’s older sister so I’ve known him all 30.5yrs of his life. I met Bianca in 2006 while she and Wade were dating. For the last 13yrs, she’s been my sister and for the last 7yrs, she has been Auntie B to my children, Morgan and Grant. As the decade begins, she officially becomes Team Watkins!

Hi, my name is Leilani Bowman. I am a wife and mother of 5, currently residing in Buffalo, NY. My greatest memory with Bianca was our horrific trip to Miami, FL. We went to a beach with a couple of friends and when we got there Bianca, myself and Amanda went back to the van to chill. We turned on the light to the van to look for bottled water to wash the sand off of our feet and was approached by a man who flung the van door open, yelling about how he was going to kill us. All three of us ran to the back of the van and had our faces all in each other’s behinds, screaming at the top of our lungs! Scariest thing ever lol, but one of my now funniest memories with Bianca. What makes it even funnier is that Wade was on the phone during all of this!

Morgan McKenzie is a native of Winston-Salem, NC & an Aggie. Morgan McKenzie is a midday radio personality at Power 103.5 FM in OKC & an instructor of dance and English at Millwood Schools. Bianca was the first friend I made at NCAT. We befriended one another in Golden Delight prep classes in ‘07-08 when I was just a senior in high school, and she was a freshman at T. She had the traditional Golden Delight prance down to a tee, and she stood out because she was the only girl wearing a pink sports bra (lol). During my freshman year at T, Beeze looked out for me. She and her family treated me like family. We were inseparable, and we danced our hearts out together on the field and in the stands. There are too many crazy adventures in our friendship to name just one favorite moment!

I met my sister Bianca in 2004 while attending the great SWD. She has been my best friend, sister, therapist, prayer friend, and ride or die ever since. We have sooooo many memorable moments, especially when it comes to our Landon. She has been there for me and it has never mattered how far she was. I love and appreciate you Bianca forever! You’re my person and I am soooo happy for you! You deserve all the love and happiness the world brings you.

Hi I’m Amanda Higgins. I’m from New Orleans and I’m a new mommy! I currently reside in Houston, Tx. I met Beeze our senior year in High school and I’ve loved her ever since. She was always so sweet and fashionable, but she had a little bite to her. My most fond memory of us is starting our little clique called KOD (Knock out Divas) lol. We would wear specific colors on certain days of the week and took millions of pictures every day. A memory I’ll never forget, is when we went to Miami after graduation and were almost abducted lol. Bianca was on the phone with Wade (of course, lol) and a man came up to the van. He opened the door and cursed at us (lol). After all these years, I’m glad we remained in touch and friends. Beeze was the main reason I decided to attend the 10-year class reunion.

Courteney is a Roanoke Rapids, NC native who currently resides in Chester, VA. She works as a high school science teacher and the owner/director of The Concrete Rose Dance Academy. She is a 2015 alumnus of North Carolina A&T State university with a bachelors in biology. It was her time at A&T where she met Bianca and became not only sisters but best friends as members of two organizations, Golden Delight Auxiliary and Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority. Although she and Bianca share hundreds of joyous memories together, the one she looks forward to gaining the most is the moment she is able to watch her best friend marry the love of her life, Wade.

The bride and I met at Cedar Grove Middle School (6th grade) and immediately became friends. From sleepovers to cheer competitions, traveling/shopping trips, there’s not much we didn’t do together during our childhood. My favorite memory would have to be when our families traveled to Aruba together; we had so much fun and Bianca showed her loyalty every step of the way. The best part of our friendship is that we can be miles away from one another and pick up like it was yesterday. I am so proud of Bianca and the woman that she has become. I am ecstatic that she is marrying her best friend, as he gives her a glow that no other has done before. This day means so much to Bianca and I am happy to be standing by her side. Wishing the both of you an eternity of love and happiness.

I currently live and work in the DMV area, but I’m originally from Charlotte, NC. I first met Bianca when we were in high school. My cousin (Wade) brought her to Charlotte one weekend and they spent the day at our house. They’ve been together ever since! We all went to college in Greensboro and spent countless days and nights hanging out and having family time. B is my sister-cousin and Soror, I couldn’t be happier to be a part of their special day!
Bridesmaid
Hair stylist/ entrepreneur raised in Greensboro NC, I met Bianca Turner my freshman year 2009 at A&T while marching with the Blue and Gold Marching machine, as a member of Golden Delight. Our friendship was birthed through the love of dance and blossomed into a delightful sisterhood over the years. From day one, Bianca has always been one of my go to people for just about anything! She is never judgmental and is always there for anyone who needs a listening ear, shoulder to cry on or just a hand. She’s not only my birthday twin, but she a pure example of what it means to be genuine. No friendship is an accident and I’m blessed to be a part of this beautiful journey with you. Love you B!

Hey! My name is Brandi Smith. I'm Bianca's future sister in law, even though I already considered her a sister a long time ago. We've known each other for 10 years, and to this day she's there if something is going on here at home in Atlanta or just being that ear that listens. I can't say that there's one memory that's my favorite of us, because there's so many! I will say that she is the best auntie to my son Kason. Every time she comes around him it's a memory in itself. Bianca and Wade are meant for each other and I'm so excited and appreciative to be a part of their special day!

Bianca and I met at the Illustrious NC A&T SU back in 2009. She is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. We are two very matter of fact people, have clear visions of where we want to go in life, are loyal, and know what constitutes a true friend. She radiates a beautiful, ethical, sincere, positive and hardworking aura. We've shared laughs & tears over the last 11 years. One of the greatest, was when she surprised me with a ticket to see the Atlanta Falcons play (Bucket List: see NFL Team play)! We also went through the beautiful journey of becoming Women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Bianca my LS/my best friend. I am beyond grateful to know such an amazing soul and am honored to be a part of her new journey as she says, "I Do!" I love you!!!!
Best Man
Hi. My name is Michael Watkins and I am originally from Atlanta, GA. Currently, I live in Odenton, Maryland with my wife, Denia, and our twins, Johnathan and Kristen. I am Wade’s older brother so I met him when I was 4 yrs old, but I couldn’t really tell you much about May 11, 1989. I can tell you that we shared a room growing up (even though we had completely different ideas of how the room should look – ha!), we experienced all of our Atlanta firsts together (Braves/Falcons/Hawks games with Uncle Wade, Murphy Candler baseball and football, Ben Hill UMC), and we are Aggie Born and Aggie bred. I’m excited to stand by his side on the most important day in his life and to see his journey with Bianca grow.
Best Man
My name is Tre’ Spinks. Wade and I are first cousins…Our mothers are sisters. I’m the oldest of five grandchildren and he’s the youngest. I was seventeen years old when he was born. Some would think that the years separating us might keep us from being close, but I knew he was a real one when I tried to explain to him that he wasn’t going to be the ring bearer in my wedding back in 1998 and he literally threw a frozen hot dog at me. Needless to say, we had to hurry up and create a “center stage” job for he and Michael in the wedding. Thankfully, he decided to be the bigger person and allow me to stand next to him on this special day! Love all y'all.
Best Man
“Oh, wow you and Wade aren’t first cousins!? Nope, our grandmothers were sisters.” Is the perfect example of Wade and my relationship. Born in the same year, we’ve been tied at the hip for as long as I can remember. Between summers (in the den), sports camps, long road trips to all his track meets, college, and now the big day. Anyone that knows Wade knows it’s definitely an EXPERIENCE, but a privilege no one would deny! To my future brother and sister, I wish all the best!

Although I am Bianca's first cousin, I'm more like her big brother! I'm proud of the woman she has become. I wish she and Wade many blessings on this new journey!

I first met Wade I'm pretty sure as early as 6 months or so. He's been around for as long as I can remember, we’re family! I wouldn't have it any other way or trade him for any other person. We're technically cousins, but we're much closer than most cousins I'd imagine. He's a real one, someone who will give you the shirt off of his back. He’s one of the most genuine people I know. He's big on family and I admire that so much about him. I'm proud to say that I know him and I look forward to seeing this next phase in his life!

I first met Wade in middle school, the old corn row days. We have always been pretty cordial, but once we hit high school, our friendship took off to another level. He was always supporting my dream to play baseball at the next Level. He came to mostly every game, and made sure I was on track with school. We weren’t always the best students, but we always looked out for each other. I remember when Wade first told me he was going to talk to Bianca, and I told him “you have no shot”. I’m glad he didn’t listen to me because they are something special together. Wade has stood by my side all through my adult years and he is a loyal, trustworthy friend. There’s a ton of good things I can say about them both, but I’ll end it with I LOVE Y'ALL AND LOOK FORWARD TO MAKING MORE MEMORIES!

Wade and I met at Peachtree, playing middle school football. The bond grew around sophomore year in high school while running track and hearing how blunt he was in every situation. Our friendship continued to grow as we took a couple road trips with the fellas and he came out to visit me in PHOENIX. He ended up getting stuck out there for a few days on that stand by ticket. Those 3 days pretty much solidified him as family.

I currently reside in Greenville, SC. I first met Wade and Bianca when I transferred to Dunwoody my junior year from Stephenson. Walking through the hall in the morning with Chris before class, Wade walks up to us. He was like, “Oh you Chris homeboy that transferred in, well you're my boy now too”. Bianca and I got cool soon after because we were both new transfers and everybody knows, Eastside folks stick together lol. I knew Wade had a strong urge to make Bianca his girl because he would always tell me, “Ron, I'm going to marry that girl”. Now, years later we are at this point lol.
Groomsman
Wade and I were born a few hours apart, a few doors down the hall from each other. We wouldn't know this for 12 years. Into the corridors of Peachtree Middle we went and "nothing has changed, but the date" since then.

“I Remember it like it was yesterday when a loud, multi-color, mustang was driving toward me. (Later to be named the Sponge Bob). I immediately turned to Chris and said: Where did you find this guy? Little did I know he would become one of my best friends. We laughed, cried, fought, and starved together, like real BROTHERS! He opened his home up to me without hesitation and for that I’m forever grateful. I’m thankful for the everlasting memories and I look forward to creating more. I love you my brother and I’m blessed to be able to share this day with you and your beautiful wife. Aggie Pride!!”

I'm Wade’s cousin, but we didn’t get to hang out much when we were younger. I’ve been playing golf since 7. My uncle always told me how good Wade and Michael were in golf. However, we didn't get to match up as kids. We’ve made up for that ten fold since! We graduated high school the same year. LaRoy and I were going on a cruise. I just knew Wade was going too (we were finally going to really kick it, NOPE)! Instead of cruising with us, he went on a trip with Bianca. I was baffled and thought “he must really love her” lol. We went off to college, both following family legacies. He attended NC A&T and I WSSU. That’s when our “cousin” relationship really took off and I would finally get to meet Bianca. I met "B" at a WSSU vs A&T tailgate and since then she's been family.

I met the "General" our freshmen year of HS. Wade has always been direct, brash, and outlandish. Anyone who took Mrs. Jordan's SAT prep class can attest to this fact! All of these characteristics make him an honest brother and a fun person to be around! My favorite moment with Wade was on a group trip to support another HS friend. Wade reminded us all that even though he didn’t play football, he wasn’t going to be "punked" (“NOT TADAY”)! I’m blessed to know Wade and to have grown with him. I hope the Father blesses his marriage and his family forever.

I met Wade and B in 2009 on different occasions. I met Wade in the coach's office with his feet propped up like he was the man in charge. I thought he was at least a junior! He was asking me about UF and how fast I “really” was. I met B in a very similar way, just with her girls/sisters. Bianca made sure things were always tight and crisp, just like rest of her crew (she was the warden, lol). We all argued with each other at times. However, you had a real problem if you were on the outside trying to go against us. The first place I learned what true family was about.
Groomsman
We’ve been cordial since Peachtree Middle School, but our friendship grew to another level when we both had an AP Environmental Science class in high school. From my point of view, I think Wade wanted to be friends with me so he could cheat off me. However, he failed to realize us Asians are only good at math, not science. We both barely passed that class. Luckily, he had a relationship with our teacher.
Groomsman
I'm the older brother of BeBe (Bianca). It has thrilled me to see the woman she has flourished into. I am happy that Wade loves BeBe dearly and is the person she will marry! I wish them many blessings and happiness!
