FAQs

Question

Has the wedding be postponed?

Answer

Yes, twice actually! The health and safety of our friends and family is our top priority. We are closely following government recommendations regarding travel and social gatherings. We are hopeful that Covid-19 cases will continue to drop, as the vaccine is distributed to more and more people. We are looking forward to reuniting with the friends and family we've missed in the past year.

Question

Where are you getting married?

Answer

We are getting married a little north of NYC, in Rockland County, where Jeremy grew up. The venue is a pre-Civil War textile mill that (among other things) made uniforms for Union Soldiers! The site now supports light industry, artist studios, galleries, and special events. We're excited to be getting married at this beautiful historic complex. https://garnervillearts.com/about/

Question

Are the wedding ceremony and reception in separate locations?

Answer

Nope! Everything is happening at the Garnerville Arts Center.

Question

How do I get there?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" page for detailed driving and transit instructions. If you are interested in carpooling with other guests from the city, please reach out to Jen or Jeremy.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress is Cocktail Party. Please wear your dancing shoes! Also keep in mind that although the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors, it will be "open air." Windows will be open and ceiling fans will be on to encourage air circulation. Bring a coat or shawl if you think you will need it.
