Hi! My names Mary and I’m so excited to be Vyna’s Maid of Honor on her big day. I’ve known Vyna for 10+ years now and I met Peter in Spanish class at the University of Oregon back in 2017. My favorite memory with Vyna and Peter would have to be in Black Butte last summer when they helped my now fiancé Tony with his surprise proposal to me. The four of us have so much fun together and I can’t wait to make more memories in this next chapter of our lives. Vyna and her other bridesmaid Barbara Ann will both be in my wedding as bridesmaids this summer in July!

Hello! I am John Paul, Peter’s little brother. I’ve known Peter my whole life, praise God, and Vyna since I was 12 so i really love these two. I am writing to you from the lovely island of Samoa. I was lucky enough to have Vyna ask me to join her on their wedding day! Vyna and I are cousins, when we were little we were inseparable. We are only 2 months apart so we also fought like siblings! I’m blessed that through the years with all the things life can throw at you we are even closer and talk everyday! I have SO many memories but one of my favorites was when we took a road trip to California. We went to all the theme parks and Huntington Beach. I couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds for Vyna & Peter. Love you guys!

My name is Benjamin but I am better known as butters, kaida and jammin. I move around a lot and acquire new friends, nicknames and state ids. I first met Vyna and Peter through Jack Smith at Peter's family home and quickly realized that these are people I want on my team for life. Even living in different states we find hours each week to discuss life, world news and conspiracy theories. Peter is first on my list when I find a funny meme or when I need support/validation from a friend. I would stop a charging war elephant for this couple even if it meant losing my Lego collection. They continue to raise the bar for our generation and give me even more hope for the next. I am so honored to be apart of their big day and to witness their commitment to god and each other with all of you! See everyone soon!

Born and raised in the Portland area, I’ve always had a passion for outdoor activities, especially water-sports like scuba diving, wake surfing, and kiteboarding. These pursuits keep me active and constantly seeking new challenges. My friendship with Peter began in grade school through lacrosse, but it wasn’t until junior year of high school that our bond truly formed into something brotherly. Together, we’ve shared countless unforgettable experiences—whether it was music festivals at the Gorge Amphitheater, rodeos in Sisters, or lazy days by the pool. I also met Vyna through Peter, and her infectious energy and positive spirit have made every adventure even more memorable. With both of them by my side, life is always filled with laughter, fun, and new memories. I’m very excited to be apart of this next huge day for the both of them!

My name is Barbara-Ann and I am another Oregon Duck alumni in the group! During my time in college, I met Vyna and we quickly bonded. From the beginning, Vyna has been that friend that you can go months or longer without seeing and once you do meet up again— it’s like no time passed. She is extremely loyal, down-to-earth, and easy to be around. I am beyond grateful to have a person like Vyna in my life because she is rare. I really do mean it when I say she is all of those things, and more. The more I got to know Vyna, the more I got to know Peter. It’s hard to find a couple so perfect for each other in the ways that they balance and compliment each other. It is an honor to be by their sides as they tie the knot! ❤️

Peter and I go back over a decade, our friendship has withstood the tests of time and has matured like fine whiskey. Together we have grown from high school hooligans, into taxpaying, bible quoting, productive members of society. From outdoor activities to our informal book club, we always have a good time. I have known Vyna almost as long and we’ve shared a lot of fun experiences, from rodeos to ganging up on Peter in philosophical discussions on ethics. Some of my favorite memories with them were spent running off to Black Butte, or joking over late night drinks. I’m grateful for their friendship and even more grateful to be part of this next chapter in their lives. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and a whole lot more good times ahead. Love you guys.

Hi! I'm Yvonne, and I’ll be graduating a year early from Portland State University this June with a double major in Business Technology Analytics and Marketing. Over the past three years, I’ve worked at a boba shop while balancing school and completing internships to gain hands-on experience. After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in marketing analytics. Outside of school and work, I enjoy collecting Pokémon cards, hitting the gym, and attending concerts with my boyfriend, Founinh. I know Vyna because I fought her once, and she lost… Just kidding! She’s my lovely cousin, and I adore her so much. She has the funniest and most outgoing personality, and I can always count on her for great advice—she’s been through it all and always keeps it real. As for Peter, I had the pleasure of meeting him through Vyna. He’s equally hilarious and kindhearted; they make the perfect pair together. One of my favorite memories with Vyna and Peter was when they came to my high school graduation party three years ago. We don’t see each other often, so having them there to celebrate such a meaningful milestone meant the world to me. It was a simple gesture, but one that left a lasting impact. I hope to create more memories with them in the years ahead—starting with this one, their wedding. I feel incredibly honored to celebrate their love and be part of their special day <3

My name is Tevai and I'm honored to be part of this new chapter in Peter and Vyna's lives. I've spent most of my life as a pearl farmer in French Polynesia however I lived in Oregon for about ten years which is where I got to know these two beautiful people. I had originally met Peter and Vyna through Jack Smith and it didn't take much time to realize these are the people I want to have in my life forever. Peter setting the example by committing to his faith along with our deep conversations about life, god, philosophy, and conspiracy theories has had a massive positive impact on how I operate my own daily life. We've shared some pretty awesome experiences together from them taking me to my first rodeo, making it out alive from downtown Portland nightlife, and summer river days. I hope to one day show them around what I've been building here in French Polynesia but I think I gotta get married too to make that happen! Challenge accepted. Hi, I’m Mariah! I’ve known Vyna since we were about 15, and from the moment we met, we just clicked. I’ll never forget that night — within hours of meeting me, Vyna asked if I wanted to go to Vegas with her. I remember going home, looking at my mom, and asking if she could buy me a plane ticket. (we went). That trip was the beginning of our real friendship, one that’s grown so much over the years. I still remember the day Vyna told me she met someone. We were driving, and she showed me a picture of this cute ginger guy she had talked to the night before. She admitted (sorry, Vyna!) that she had a little crush. Who would’ve guessed that nearly a decade later, I’d be here celebrating their wedding? Vyna is one of the most joyful, caring people I’ve ever known, and her laugh? Absolutely contagious. Peter, with his thoughtful and witty personality, balances her out in the most beautiful way. Together, they just make sense. I’ve dreamed of this day for so long — and it’s even more magical than I imagined. Love you both so much.
