February 17th
We are having an unplugged ceremony: We ask that for the ceremony, you turn off any phones, cameras, or other devices so that you can be fully present to enjoy this moment with us. We've hired a fantastic photographer, and will definitely share the photos! Although our "I do's" are unplugged, our reception is not--once we finish our first dance, feel free to take a shot!
We are using a free app that we'd love for you to use to easily share photos. More info to come!
Our attire is having a good time, so attire is dressy casual. Please keep in mind that much of the terrain will be grass and mulch. Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the reception will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.
Please email us at vuonggibson@gmail.com
Our venue is cozy and intimate, which limits our guest list to the family and friends we can't wait to share it with.
When you arrive, park to the right of the main house along the hayfield fence. Drivers can drop off in the circular drive.
Events are scheduled until around 8:30 pm, with merriment to continue afterwards.
If you arrive early, please congregate on the back patio of the main house (follow the sidewalk to the left of the main house towards the fountain) until being seated for the start of the ceremony.
There will not be. We're trying to make this as laid back as logistical possible, and extraneous events just isn't our style.
We are hosting a dry wedding with plenty of food and fun through the evening.
