Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is formal. Women are encouraged to wear knee-length dresses or longer. Men are encouraged to wear suits. Please no jeans, sneakers, or sundresses. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns (i.e. black tie attire) are NOT expected or required. The dress code for the Welcome BBQ, Welcome Party, and After Party are casual.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" section of the website for hotel recommendations and room block information. You do not need to use the provided room blocks or recommended accommodations and are welcome to coordinate accommodations that are most convenient for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided between a central location in Geneva, NY and the Belhurst Castle the day of the ceremony and reception. Exact location and times will be provided at a later date.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the Belhurst Castle includes a spacious parking lot on site for guests wishing to drive themselves to the festivities. However, we ask that our guests enjoy the festivities responsibly and consider taking the provided shuttles if they plan on drinking alcohol during the ceremony or reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our event is reserved for guests 21 years of age or older, unless younger guests are explicitly invited. Your RSVP includes all named persons that are invited. If you would like to discuss inviting additional guests, please email nemiroff.vulpis.wedding@gmail.com and we will take it under advisement on a case-by-case basis.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP includes all named persons that are invited. Guests whose invites denote "And Guest" are permitted to bring a date. Guests bringing dates are requested to provide the name and dining preferences of their date while RSVPing. If you would like to discuss inviting additional guests, please email nemiroff.vulpis.wedding@gmail.com and we will take it under advisement on a case-by-case basis.
