Victoria's favorite time of year is Mardi Gras, especially the Tucks parade (she even named her goldendoodle after it). Joseph knew exactly where the perfect proposal had to happen. On March 1st, just before the parade began, he stopped everything, gathered friends, family, and the crowd's attention... and dropped to one knee. Right there in the heart of the season she loves most, Victoria said yes!
