FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest or a plus one?

Answer

With all the uncertainty with the health and safety through these crazy times, we opted for a small intimate wedding. We have a very strict guest list to stay on budget and our wedding is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting for all of our guests to wear all black cocktail attire. Sacred Mountain is an all outdoor venue with a very natural terrain. We suggest to refrain from wearing stilettos and switch them out for dancing shoes! Please bring a jacket for the cooler temperatures in the evening.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We are crossing our fingers for beautiful weather. However with the high elevation, weather can vary. It should be in the low 70's through the day and could drop into the mid 50's in the evening. We will have heaters, fire places and blankets available.

Question

are you making it mandatory for everyone to be vaccinated?

Answer

While our health and safety of our loved ones are our number one priority, we believe this is a very personal decision and it is not a requirement to celebrate our day. There will be hand sanitizer and masks available if you choose to use them. Also this is a 100% outdoor venue and is a very small guest list to ensure everyone is able to socially distance safely. However, if you do not feel comfortable being around people that are unvaccinated, we understand and you can join us for our ceremony virtually.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

With the quaint town of Julian being our location, we are unable to block the family owned hotels in the area. On the "stay" tab on our website, there are a list of places we recommend. Also, there are many house rentals available in the area. Please book sooner than later. May 2022 will be a wedding heavy month, with multiple venues in Julian, this area will book up quickly.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage everyone to share our special day after our ceremony! Use our hashtag #VowingToVasquez so we can enjoy every memory made!

For all the days along the way
