YUP! For those of you who don’t know, Emily is a kindergarten teacher. Do you REALLY think she has time to have a wedding on a non-holiday weekend? Have y’all ever even written a sub plan? You gotta do what you gotta do, y’all.
Haha, lets go ahead and get the vegetarian jokes out of the way. To answer your question, there will be meat options at the reception along with other vegetarian and vegan friendly options.
Unfortunately our venue, while roomy, is limited in available space for actual guests. We would love to have a wild party with tons of people, but that was just not our vibe for the occasion. Please do not bring people that we have not accounted for under any circumstance.
That’s totally ok! We do want to warn you that our venue is not super kid friendly, and we do suggest making the occasion a date night. That being said, we are more than happy to help accommodate your little one. Please be sure to let us know if you plan on using your allotted RSVP count for a little one so that we can have something fun for them planned out!
Unfortunately, we do not. Hillsboro does have some lovely family friendly hotels near the venue, though!
We will be supplying some alcohol for toasts throughout the evening. As for recreational drinks, we will have some adult punch during social hour and supper. Guests are more than welcome to bring any drink that they wish, and we will supply ice and mixers (juices, sodas, etc.) We will also have lemonade, water, and iced tea.
YES! We have been blessed with an AMAZING DJ that we are so so excited for! Make sure you bring your dancing shoes.
YOU KNOW WE GOT THE HOOKUP!! There will be a make your own taco bar, as well as an elote bar.
