Travel Note
There are plenty of different ways to get to Vail on a variety of budgets. Most of our guests (including us!) will have to do a mixture of flying and driving. We recommend either flying into Denver or Eagle and utilizing public transit or carpools. Reach out if you have any questions!
Flight
If you fly into Denver, you have a two hour drive to Vail. You can take public transit like Bustang, use a shuttle service like Epic Mountain Express, rent a car, or coordinate a carpool with other guests who are either renting a car or live in Colorado.
Flight
If you fly into Eagle, you have about a 30/40 minute drive to Vail. There are shuttle services like Epic Mountain Express, but you also can rent a car. We may be able to also coordinate a pickup and/or carpool depending on your arrival time.

Travel Note
"Vail" can refer to the Town of Vail, but we also sometimes mean the Vail Valley (about 40 miles of I-70). There are numerous lodging options all over the Valley, and we want to ensure you pick the right area for you! The Town of Vail has 5 main areas: Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak, East Vail, and West Vail. All are very easy to get between using the free buses. The first three are also walkable to each other and where all events will be held. There are other towns in the Vail Valley such as Avon and Edwards that are accessible via the ECO buses. These towns are likely a cheaper option, but we hope the discount codes below help you stay closer to the action!
