Our venue offers valet parking for all guests driving their own cars to our reception. If you are drinking and would like to leave your car at Rock Island over night, you can do so and pick it up the next day by 12:00pm (noon). If you are traveling from the Courtyard Marriott, transportation will be provided!
While we love all of your children, we're keeping this an adult only wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate our special day with us!
At the cocktail hour and reception we will have an OPEN BAR! Please drink responsibly. There will be a large selection of liquor, as well as choices of beer and wine.
Winter formal. While it may be chilly outside, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place indoors.
We have a strict guest list to stay within the maximum head count of our venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
You can either stay in your formal attire from the reception, or feel free to change into more comfortable clothes when we get back to the hotel. We will be giving each of you a wristband on the bus ride back to the hotel, which will give you access to the hotel bar!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:15, so there is time to mingle and find a seat! If you happen to be late, a member of the wedding party will let you know if we are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you’ll still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we’ll see you there! Thank you for understanding!
