For us to have an accurate guest count, everyone who receives an invitation must RSVP. Even if you can not attend please let us know if you cannot or won't be in attendance.
We ask that everyone RSVP by November 18, 2022 through our wedding website. Guest(s) who do not RSVP at all will NOT be permitted to attend the ceremony.
Once we send out invitations in October, you can RSVP here on our website under the "RSVP" tab. Please make sure your name is entered as listed on your invitation.
We would love to celebrate with all of our family and friends, however we are limited in our ability for everyone to attend. Please refer to your invitation to determine if you are allowed to bring a guest with you or not. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invite includes a guest please remember to RSVP for them as well. The RSVP list will be strictly enforced.
To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children (with the exception of the littles we will have present in the ceremony). We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding and reception kid-free and take the opportunity to enjoy yourself during the entire experience!
We ask that you arrive at least 25-30 minutes for the ceremony to ensure that your name can be checked off the RSVP list which will be strictly enforced. No one will be allowed to enter the ceremony space after the processional has begun. The doors to the venue WILL close at 2:55pm as the ceremony will start at 3:00pm.
Although we all would love to have our personal footage of the ceremony, we do ask that the ceremony is a completely "UNPLUGGED" ceremony. We ask that everyone put away their phones and cameras, as we hired photographers and videographers to handle any video and photography footage. But please feel free to snap photos and videos during our reception. Thank you!!
Yes. Please refer to the registry tab of our website as we have a cash/honeymoon fund set up. We will also have a card box at the wedding reception for those who wish to bring cash cards rather than gift digitally through our online fund. We appreciate anything that you all contribute!
Yes, the ceremony will promptly begin at 3pm. After the ceremony as concluded, we will hold a cocktail hour for our guests to mingle as the venue flips the room the reception.
As this is a formal event, we do ask our guests to wear formal or semi-formal attire. We also ask that our guests NOT wear sneakers, jeans, or t shirts. If you would like to coordinate with the colors of the wedding the colors are navy blue, blush pink, champagne, and ivory. We would love for our guests to keep the colors neutral and not wear any “loud” colors.
