When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that all guests RSVP by September 15, 2025. We will need to complete our final count by the last week of September. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to make further changes to our guest list after that date.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
A plus one is welcome if your invitation states "and guest." Otherwise, we would kindly prefer if it was just you.

What if I am late to the ceremony?
Answer
We politely ask anyone running late for the ceremony to simply grab a drink by the Flour Cart and enjoy time in the Harvest Barn until cocktail hour. Due to my ADHD (me, the bride person), we have a hard-start time of 4pm and will not be admitting attendees to the ceremony after that time. However, you're welcome to drink, take polaroids, and hang out until the party starts.

It's Halloween! Can I dress in costume?
Answer
Yes! However, costumes must be changed into during cocktail hour. The ceremony is semi-formal/cocktail attire only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have booked a hotel block at the Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino for our guests who are traveling. The hotel is located at 77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015 and is about 20 minutes from the venue. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a large gravel parking lot in front of the venue that can easily accommodate all of our guests.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will be asking everyone to download a disposable camera app for the night so we can have access to everyone's photos and videos. However, we do ask that the flash be turned off for everyone's photos.

Is there a wedding playlist I can checkout?
Answer
Full disclosure, nobody is asking this question. We have noticed it is a frequent guest complaint after weddings that people didn't feel engaged because they were unfamiliar with the music.
