When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than June 15th, 2026.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available across the way from the venue entrance. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. Guests will be picked up at 3:30pm and will be dropped back off at the hotel at 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive earlier than a half hour before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES GIBSON at 3:30pm-- and will depart the venue at 10pm, bringing guests back to the same hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No-We adore your kiddos, but for our special day we ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration.
