Kindly RSVP here on our website by July 1, 2026. This will help us finalize all details to ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any RSVPs submitted after this date. Please RSVP as soon as you are able!
Yes! We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for this occasion. The dress code is “garden party formal.” Visit Kaylee’s Pinterest board to get inspired! https://pin.it/3ZIa26DaL Sharp suits, dress pants with a tie or bow tie, and below the knee dresses, floor length gowns, or dressy jumpsuits in fun colors/patterns are encouraged. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the August weather. If you're unsure-it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Jeans, denim, and hats are not permitted in the reception space per the country club dress code. Ladies, please do not wear white, ivory, or cream. If you are still unsure on attire, text Kaylee (716-720-8850) and she would be more than happy to help!
When you type your name in the RSVP section of our website, the names of all guests invited in your party will populate and you will be prompted to RSVP for each of them. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute a few minutes early to allow time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins. We also invite you to park at our reception venue (Moonbrook Country Club) and ride the Chautauqua Trolley over to the Roger Tory Peterson Institute due to limited parking spaces.
Yes! We would love to see any photos and videos you capture during our ceremony, so please send them to us! Please keep in mind that our amazing photographer and videographer will also be getting plenty of shots. Please do not stand in the aisle/block their shots!
Our ceremony will likely conclude by 3:45pm, and cocktail hour begins at Moonbrook Country Club at 5:00pm. We invite you to take advantage of the gorgeous exhibits inside the Roger Tory Peterson Institute. Walk around, enjoy a refreshment, and take in the art! Moonbrook is a short, 5-minute drive, so no need to rush straight over.
