Can I bring my children who are under 18 years old?

Answer

We've opted for an adults-only affair with the only exception being our nieces/nephews. We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. We appreciate your understanding and accommodations in advance.

Only guests explicitly named on the invitation are invited to attend.

What is the venue like?

Answer

This is an indoor/outdoor wedding. The venue is an apple orchard with a barn. If weather permits, the ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The dance floor will be inside the barn. Please wear shoes that are comfortable in grass, unless you want to aerate the lawn for free. Here is the link to the venue's website: https://williamsorchard.com/

The attire will be black tie optional.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There is unlimited parking at the venue; however, there is a wedding in the morning, so cars cannot stay overnight.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

PLEASE NOTE the hotel is in EASTERN TIME and the wedding venue is in CENRAL TIME. The shuttle will pick up at 5PM EASTERN time (which is 4pm CST) from the hotel and take to the venue. Fairfield Inn & Suites New Buffalo 11400 Holiday Drive, New Buffalo, MI 49117 The shuttle will run hourly starting at 9PM to return folks to the hotel. The final shuttle (at 11PM) will stop at the hotel.

Unfortunately, there will be no after party.
