*Currently our block is full* We have reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn Deptford, located 20 minutes away from our venue, Scotland Run Golf Club. The block includes studio suites, and one bedroom suites. The hotel also offers two bedroom suites outside of our room block. The discount code for the block is valid through September 13th. The block is available for both Saturday night (10/11) and Sunday night (10/12) to accommodate those traveling from far away. Transportation to and from the venue will be available. Shuttles to the venue will be running every 20 minutes starting at 3:00 pm, with the last shuttle departing at 4:00. We encourage you to ask the hotel about early check-in. Cars can be left at the venue overnight if needed.

Alternative accommodations came be made at The Fairfield Inn, located in the same parking lot as the Residence Inn. Transportation to and from the venue will be located in front of the Residence Inn. Both hotels are within walking distance from each other.
