Nick & Jordan

In 2017, Nick and Jordan met in the first hour of a van ride during the Ecology of the Everglades class trip. In their first conversation, she thought he was flirting with her, but honestly he was just amazed over the existence of Peanut Butter Monster Trail Mix! The two walked away from the class as only friends, but a few months later, they reconnected and started dating. 

In 2018, Nick and Jordan would take another class- Ecology of the National Parks. This time it was 38 hours in a van (oof!) and visiting eight National Parks out west. The trip was pivotal for shaping their shared passion for the beauty of the U.S. National Parks. Six years later, Nick proposed while they hiked up waterfalls in Yosemite National Park. 

After nine years together, three states, and one rescued dog, we now call Roanoke home and are enjoying life in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We hope everyone has a lovely time at Camp Pinnacle and embraces a sense of adventure with us! Can't wait to see you there!
