What kind of food will you have at the reception?

Answer

For hors d'oeuvres we are having: Seasonal fruit, cheese, crackers, veggies and Swedish meatballs For dinner it will be a 8 course Chinese meal: 1. Assorted Cold Platter - appetizer starter 2. Crab meat fish maw soup 3. Pearl Peking Duck with Steam Baos 4. Twin Lobster with Stir Fry with Ginger & Scallion 5. Salt & Pepper Jumbo Prawns 6. Slice Sirlion w. Chinese Broccoli 7. Pearl X.O. Fried Rice 8. Scallops w. Garlic chive For dessert we will have a chocolate fountain and tons of dippers! Please let us know you have any food allergies or restrictions
