Our idea of having a good time is shutting out the crazy world and being one with Nature! When we found Brown Mountain Beach Resort we knew there was no other place that we wanted to celebrate our wedding and share this magical place with our loved ones. The best part of BMBR is that there is no internet, no Tvs and very sparse cell phone service. We believe that hanging out with the right people in the right atmosphere is all you really need in life. So while there are plenty of activities to do outside the creek we hope that you can find peace on the creek for a few days! We rented the entire property for the duration of our stay so please Feel free to just relax and talk to your neighbor, go for a walk, talk to the animals on the farm, listen to the creek! Lay in the hammock! Play a game of Pinochle or Rummy. Throw some horse shoes or Quoits on the beach. Fish their mile stretch of private water. Take out a paddle board or canoe.
