Spring colors- semi formal. No jeans, please! The ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church, so we kindly ask that guests dress appropriately for the setting.
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park and settle before the service begins.
No, the ceremony will be at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton, TX and the reception is about 20 minutes away at The Vincent Homestead in Gatesville, TX.
Feel free to do whatever you need to until the reception! Cocktail hour won’t start until 4:30, but the ceremony will end around 2:30. We will be serving drinks and snacks from 4:30 until dinner at 5:30.
We request that guests refrain from taking photos. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the special day so we can all enjoy ourselves! After the ceremony, please feel free to take all of the photos you would want.
We’ll be having a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony celebrated during a full Mass. The service will last about an hour and will include readings, prayers, a homily (a short reflection from the priest), and the exchange of vows. If you’re not Catholic, or if you’re Catholic but not currently in a state of grace, we kindly ask that you refrain from receiving Holy Communion. Instead, you’re welcome to remain seated or come forward with your arms crossed over your chest to receive a blessing from the priest. There’s no expectation to participate in any part of the service if you’re unfamiliar—your presence alone means so much to us. Thank you for being part of this day!
When submitting your RSVP, you will be given the opportunity to include a guest, if applicable.
