Mike and Victoria have their dear guest Jake Breinholt to thank for this one! Though the two had met over the years at mutual events, it wasn't until March 15th of 2019 that they really hit it off over beers at Broome Street Bar. They actually thought that Jake had set them up, as he invited them both to the bar, and then suddenly left! Sadly, it turned out that Mike was a taken man at the time, but that didn't stop Victoria from telling Mike to reach out when he was single. Six months later, he followed through- and the rest is history!

Mike proposed in Montauk this past October. It was a windy, rainy, uninspiring day, but he managed to drag Victoria and Norman out to the overlook at their summer compound to "look at the waves". His distraction worked, and suddenly he was on one knee! He kept it simple and sweet, and they celebrated with dinner at Harvest at Fort Pond, followed by drinks with friends at the Montauket!
