Feel free to follow the email template in the FAQs below. 3. Purchase your flights/travel. Once you have your arrival/departure times to/from Málaga, please update your RSVP. We need this in order to plan the shuttles 4. Complete your RSVP with your food choices and any other questions left unanswered. You can update your RSVP at any time. 5. Please ensure your passports and Visas (if you need one to enter Europe) are all up-to-date and completed!
We’re offering a shuttle between Málaga Train Station and the venue for both arrival and departure. Sept 30 Pick-Up • Departure: 3:30 pm (please arrive between 3:00–3:15 pm so we can get everyone organized) • Location: Málaga María Zambrano Station → B Bou Hotel La Viñuela • Note: Edison will be at the station to guide everyone. We’ll follow up with the exact meeting point coordinates once confirmed. Oct 3 Pick-Up • Departure: 11:00 am • Location: B Bou Hotel La Viñuela → Málaga María Zambrano Station • Note: Many flights depend on this shuttle, so please be ready on time if you’re joining. Semi-formal. For example: Men: Suit or blazer with dress pants and a button-up shirt. Women: Cocktail dress, midi dress, or a dressy skirt and blouse. Polished and elegant, but not overly formal.
We will have activities outlined in the schedule tab. However, other times, we wanted to leave for you! Please feel free to use the hotel amenities (it's just us!), explore the area (there are bikes), or you and a group can head into Malaga city centre. We just ask that you please try to join our activities :)
Absolutely not! We are incredibly grateful for your presence and giving us so much of your time and yearly budgets to be with us!!! Edison would like to add: if you feel the need to give us a gift you can reach out to add to his Rolex fund. LOL
We have exclusive access to the hotel, and you’re welcome to enjoy all the amenities, with the exception of the spa (this will be an additional cost). We’ll also be covering a few meals during your stay—please refer to the schedule tab for details! A continental breakfast is included every day during your stay! For additional meals, the hotel has an on-site restaurant, and there are also several great dining options nearby.
Good news—you’re staying with us! We’ve reserved the entire hotel, so your room is guaranteed for all three nights at a rate of €300 per night. Please confirm your booking as soon as you can.
