What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 6:00 pm. The ceremony is going to begin shortly after 6:00 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To ensure an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Roslyn Tapestry Collection by Hilton under the code VBW, if the block is full and you cannot reserve a room please reach out to Rob or Sam so we can add more rooms to the hotel block.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. If you have a food allergy or special food request please let us know when you RSVP and we will make accommodations for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be 2 shuttles providing transportation to the ceremony at 5:30 pm and 5:45 pm and returning back to the hotel starting at 11:00 pm until 2:00 am.
