Have you reserved blocks of rooms at more than one hotel?

Answer

Nope, we’ve reserved a room block only at the W Hoboken, where the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of nearby hotels in Hoboken and Jersey City, but the W is where all the wedding magic happens. To lock in the discounted group rate, please make sure to book your room at the W Hoboken by March 15th, (subject to availability).

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at the W Hoboken which is located at 225 River St, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your venue?

Answer

The W Hoboken is conveniently located along the Hudson River waterfront at 225 River Street, Hoboken, NJ. From NYC: Take the PATH train from the World Trade Center to Hoboken Terminal (just 1 stop), then it’s about a 10-minute walk along the waterfront. By Car: Set your GPS to 225 River Street, Hoboken, NJ. Valet parking is available at the hotel for a fee, and there are public garages nearby. From Newark Airport (EWR): The quickest option is a 20–30 minute taxi or rideshare. Public transit is also available via NJ Transit trains from Newark Airport to Hoboken Terminal. From JFK or LaGuardia: Plan for about 45–60 minutes by car or rideshare, or take public transit into Manhattan and hop on the PATH train to Hoboken.

If your invitation was addressed to you and guest, then yes! We can't wait to celebrate with both of you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and we want to make sure everyone is settled and comfortable before we begin.

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation (listed as "and family").

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know of any food allergies when you officially RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The W Hoboken Hotel offers both valet and self-parking options. Valet parking is available for a fee, and self-parking is available in a garage located across from the hotel. The hotel also has a limited number of electric vehicle charging stations.
