The bus leaving from Hotel Anthracite with depart for the venue promptly at 4:00pm and only return back to the hotel at the end of the night around 10:30. If you wish to depart before the end of the night I would plan to take your own vehicle up. There is plenty of parking at the venue for anyone who doesn't use the shuttles!

The bus leaving from Dunmore will pick you up outside my families home at 117 Church Street. You can park your car for the evening across the street in the Fidelity Bank parking lot. The bus will leave promptly at 3:45 and will only leave the venue at the end of the night around 10:30. If you wish to leave before the end of the night I would plan to take your own vehicle up. There is plenty of parking at the venue for anyone who does not use the shuttles!

When it comes to lodging, we have plenty of options! For those looking to be in the middle of the action, booking from the block we have at Hotel Anthracite is your best option. Located 15 minutes from the venue and 25 minutes from downtown Scranton, it's the ideal place to keep things simple. If you are looking to stay downtown and don't mind a slightly longer drive to the venue, the Baymont by Wyndham, Hilton Scranton and The Radisson are your best options located 30/35 minutes from the venue. Finally, for those of you looking to be off the beaten path but still close to the venue, there are a handful of amazing Airbnb cabins called Camp Bluestone to rent on a first come, first serve basis. They have all the comforts of a hotel with the fresh air of the mountains. They are 20 minutes from the venue and 45 minutes from downtown.

House Or Rental
Camp Bluestone is a collection of four cabins located 20 minutes from the venue and 40 minutes from downtown Scranton. Each cabin sleeps between 2-4 people and includes all the comforts of home (TV, WIFI, hair driers ect.) as well as a kitchenette with two burner stove, sink, microwave and mini fridge.
Flight
This is the closest airport to fly into, but you can also fly into Philadelphia or NYC if needed.
