Where Do I Fly In?
Answer
The closest airport is Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR), which is 1 hour from the venue. There's also the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC), but it's 2 hours away from the venue.

Where Can I Stay?
Answer
There are many Airbnbs to stay at in the Earlville area! If you don't find any you like in Earlville, you can also look in Hamilton, which is about 15 minutes away from the venue. Also in Hamilton, there's Hotel One75 and Colgate Inn to stay at if you do not want to go with an Airbnb.

Can I Bring a Guest?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those who are listed on the invitation. When you RSVP for the event, you will see the seats we've reserved for your party. Thank you for your understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony's start time to park and find a seat. A timeline for the event will be finalized once the formal invitations go out.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We request semi-formal attire, so please no jeans or t-shirts. Since the wedding will take place in spring, we highly encourage you to wear spring or pastel colors! Please avoid wearing white or light blue, as that is reserved for the bride and wedding party.

Is the Venue Outdoor or Indoor?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside, but the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, with the opportunity to stand outside if you'd like.

Are Kids Allowed?

We love your children, but we kindly ask that this be an adult-only celebration with the exception of the Bride and Groom's immediate family.

Can I Take Photos?
Answer
We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony, as we have 2 amazing photographers there to capture the moment! We want to see everyone clearly and as present as possible. Feel free to take as many personal photos as you'd like throughout the reception, and there will also be a photo booth available!

When Should I RSVP By?
Answer
You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please make sure to reply "yes" or "no" by April 1st, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors an accurate count prior to our wedding. If you do not RSVP by April 1st, we will mark you down as a "no" and will not be able to accommodate you, so please plan accordingly!
