What is the dress code?

Answer

We're going for summer, colourful semi-formal attire! Our bridesmaids will be wearing shades of yellow. Please be mindful that the ceremony will take place in the tropical gardens of the Conservatory. The temperature ranges from 24°C (75°F) to 28 ºC (82°F) with high humidity.

Is the Conservatory indoors?

Answer

Yes and no! The entire facility, including the tropical greenhouse, and galleries are all indoors. However, there are outdoor areas. There are walking paths throughout the wildflower meadow where you can watch and discover various birds and insects.

Can I visit the tropical gardens after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have the entire facility booked until midnight. You can explore the exhibit spaces, tropical garden, and outdoor areas as much as you'd like!

Are the butterflies and animals real?

Answer

Yes! There will be butterflies, insects, birds and other animals in the tropical garden. We please ask that if you are not comfortable with this, to skip the ceremony part of the wedding. The reception will take place in the same building, but different area without disturbing the wildlife.

We don't plan on having a registry and are so grateful for your love and support!

What are the alcohol rules?

Answer

Open bar will be by the entrance of the Conservatory. These are the house rules: - No alcohol is permitted outside - No shots or doubles - Bar closes at 11:30 PM - No food or drinks inside the greenhouse - No clinking of glassware
