What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony begins at 5pm, Please plan to arrive beginning at 4:30pm

Any Covid-19 protocols?

Answer

We are asking all guests to present a negative Covid test result that was sampled within 48 hours prior to the event. If guests cannot obtain a test, there will be rapid test machines at the entrance to Hakone. If you test positive, you will unfortunately not be able to enter the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Hakone Gardens has limited parking available for guests. We highly recommend carpooling where possible! There is overflow parking on Big Basin Way, approximately 0.25 mi from the venue.
