The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45 PM, so please plan to be seated no later than 3:30 PM. There are plenty of wineries nearby if you’d like to explore before the ceremony. Just remember we’ll also have an open bar waiting for you, so pace yourself and save some celebrating for later!
We kindly ask to have an unplugged ceremony (No phones and cameras.) The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Yes! We’ll be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, a full dinner at the reception, and hosting an open bar throughout the night. If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian), please let us know when you RSVP.
Please RSVP by January 30, 2026. We need to provide our final headcount on January 31st, so it’s never too early to RSVP. If you’re reading this, go ahead and do it now! If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll sadly have to assume you can’t make it and you will be removed from the guest list.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Dean or Viviana as soon as you are aware! (PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT UNANSWERED)
Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate additional guest who are formally invited. When you RSVP, the website will show if a plus one has been included with your invitation. If you are unsure, please reach out to the bride or groom for clarification.
As much as we love the little ones, this will be an adult event so that the evening can be fun and worry-free for everyone, including you. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free night. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.
Cocktail attire is requested. Since this is a spring wedding, we encourage our guests to wear their best spring looks - think florals, pastels, etc. For the ladies, please keep in mind that the venue has mostly cobblestone floors, so it’s best to avoid very thin heels. The bridesmaids will be wearing shades of olive, light green, and dark green. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or cream dresses.
For our out-of-town guests, the closest major airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive to Temecula. Please plan accordingly. We recommend booking your stay in Temecula rather than San Diego for convenience.
We are not registered anywhere specific. Your presence in celebrating our special day is truly the greatest gift. Gifts are not expected, but we deeply appreciate anything and everything. As many of you know, we purchased our first home last year. Any contributions toward our home and honeymoon fund would mean so much. We will also have a card box at the reception for personal notes, which we would love to read and cherish.
Yes, there is parking available on the premises. If the main lot is full, please let the security guard know and they will direct you to additional parking areas.
Our wedding will be outdoors! Since it’s in the spring, the day should be beautiful and comfortable, but the evening may get a little chilly. We’d love for everyone to stay warm and join us on the dance floor, so feel free to bring a coat just in case.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.
