Guests should plan to arrive at 4:00 pm to allow for the ceremony to promptly start at 4:30 pm.
There will be plenty of free parking at the venue. There will also be shuttles that will help in transporting guest from the parking space to the venue site.
We will have an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We kindly ask that you please do not use your phone to capture photos or videos during the ceremony as we have paid professionals to do this for us. We want you to be there in the moment to witness and cherish our big moment rather than viewing it through your device. *** we have given permission to our photographer, videographer, and wedding coordinator to kindly ask you to put your phone down if they see you using it during the ceremony.
Of course there will be an open bar! Drinks on us! However, tips for the bartenders are greatly appreciated.
