Timings for the big day

Answer

The Ceremony itself will be at 1.30pm but we are asking all invited guests to be there by 1pm at the latest. The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting). The wedding reception will be from around 4pm till about 6pm. There will then be a short break to allow the room to be cleared and set up for the evening. The evening party will commence with the couple's first dance at 7pm so we advise you to get there for 6.30pm if you don't want to miss that! The bar closes at midnight and carriages at 12.30am.

Dress Code

Ladies, please wear summer dresses/outfits, preferably not black, and optional hats/fascinators or whatever you are comfortable in. The bride may change into something less formal for the evening, feel free to do the same. For gents, suits are not necessary but please wear one if that’s your preference, again we would prefer it if you did not wera black. The groom will not be wearing a tie but will be wearing a jacket. He will definitely be changing into shorts in the evening! No jeans or shorts in the day please folks.

We will be providing details to allow you to take and share your own photos, however for the arrival of the bride and during the ceremony we would ask that there are no phones or cameras used.

Menu Choices & Dietary Requirements

Menu choices for those attending the ceremony and day reception are as follows: STARTERS Pork Belly and Confit Duck Rillettes - Fig and honey chutney, char-grilled sourdough or Baked Perl Wen Welsh Brie (V) - Panko crust, cranberry and red onion marmalade, baby leaf salad MAIN COURSE Pave of Braised Beef (GF) - Chive crushed new potatoes, braised leeks bundled with fine green beans and carrots, red wine and thyme jus or Sea Bass Fillet - Lemon potato rosti, samphire and leeks, dill and white wine cream sauce DESSERTS White Chocolate and Raspberry Crème Brulee (V) - Cocoa marbled biscotti or Salted Caramel Brownie (V) - Chocolate ganache, Chantilly cream, caramel drizzle Please send your choices as soon as possible to Tim or Vivi on Whatsapp or on email to info@seemeaprons.co.uk (V) Vegetarian (GF) Gluten Free If you have additional Dietary Requirements please let us know but select your options from above and we will be in touch to confirm.

Drinks and Bar

For those invited to the ceremony and day reception there will be a welcome drink with canapes, 3 bottles of wine for each table with the meal and a glass of bubbles for the toasts included. Apologies but unfortunately, we can’t stretch to a free bar!
