From the very beginning, our connection felt natural and sincere. Our first date was at The Bungalow in Huntington Beach, where we played pool, danced, laughed, and shared meaningful conversation that made time seem to disappear. We learned right away that we could run the pool table even better together than we could on our own. We held the table game after game, working as a team so seamlessly that at one point someone even asked us how long we had been married. As our relationship grew, so did the life we began building together. In what felt like a short amount of time, we shared countless experiences road trips with each other and with both of our families, camping adventures, and moments that challenged us and helped us grow. Evening runs became a favorite ritual, and through it all, we learned that we navigate life best side by side. Just as meaningful was how naturally we fit into each other’s families. From the start, being surrounded by so much love felt familiar, as if we had known one another in another life. Family values have always been at the heart of who we are, and seeing those values reflected in each other made everything feel even more certain. When we realized we couldn’t imagine life without one another, taking the next step felt only natural. Our journey together has been filled with love, support, growth, and a quiet happiness that feels genuine and lasting. On November 25th 2025, on a picnic date at Newport Beach, Ryan asked Melissa to share her life with him, and she said yes with love and certainty. Today, we are deeply grateful to celebrate this new chapter surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. Desde el principio, nuestra conexión se sintió natural y sincera. Nuestra primera cita fue en The Bungalow en Huntington Beach, donde jugamos billar, bailamos, reímos y compartimos conversaciones profundas que hicieron que el tiempo desapareciera. Pronto descubrimos, con toda humildad, que ambos éramos muy buenos jugando billar y aún mejores como equipo. Defendimos la mesa juego tras juego, tan coordinados que en algún momento alguien nos preguntó cuánto tiempo llevábamos casados. Conforme nuestra relación creció, también lo hizo la vida que empezamos a construir juntos. En lo que pareció muy poco tiempo, compartimos muchas experiencias; viajes por carretera entre nosotros y con ambas familias, aventuras de camping y momentos que nos retaron y nos ayudaron a crecer. El correr juntos por la tarde se convirtieron en uno de nuestros rituales favoritos y, en cada etapa, aprendimos que la vida se vive mejor lado a lado. Igual de especial fue lo natural que se sintió integrarnos a nuestras familias. Desde el inicio, estar rodeados de tanto amor se sintió familiar, como si nos conociéramos de otra vida. Los valores familiares siempre han sido fundamentales para ambos, y verlos reflejados el uno en el otro hizo que todo se sintiera aún más cierto. Cuando nos dimos cuenta de que no podíamos imaginar la vida el uno sin el otro, dar el siguiente paso se sintió completamente natural. Nuestro camino juntos ha estado lleno de amor, apoyo, crecimiento y una felicidad tranquila y verdadera. El 25 de noviembre de 2025, durante una cita de picnic en Newport Beach, Ryan le pidió a Melissa que compartiera su vida con él, y ella respondió con un “sí” lleno de amor y certeza. Hoy, estamos profundamente agradecidos de celebrar este nuevo capítulo rodeados de las personas que más queremos. Gracias por ser parte de nuestra historia.
