We’ve partnered with Shaadi Destinations to provide exclusive hotel accommodations for our wedding guests. Through them we have secured special group rates at the resort for all our guests. To be considered part of the wedding group and to attend the events, you must book through our official wedding room block by December 15, 2025.
The hotel requires that all guests book through the official wedding room block link in order to be included on the wedding guest list and attend any private events. Reservations made directly with the resort, through third-party websites (such as Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.), or via outside travel agents will not be eligible to attend the wedding events, per hotel policy. Guests who do not reserve through the designated link will be subject to a per-person, per-event fee imposed by the hotel to attend. Yes, the resort requires a 3-night minimum stay for all guests to get the discounted rate.
Absolutely! Most of our guests are planning to arrive early or extend their stay to enjoy the resort with friends and family. Our group rate is available from Tuesday, March 17 to Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Yes! We highly recommend booking early to take advantage of a Limited-Time Promotion offered by the hotel. Guests who book stays of 4 nights or more will receive $500 in Resort Credit, which can be used on property for select tours, romantic dinners, spa treatments, beauty salon services, and more.

Yes, roundtrip transportation will be provided between the airport and the hotel. Please complete one Flight Information Form per itinerary using the link provided on the hotel page. If multiple guests are traveling together on the same roundtrip flights, only one form needs to be submitted for the group. Important: Flight details must be submitted at least one month prior to travel. We will not be able to arrange transportation for any submissions received after this deadline.
Yes, once you provided your flight information from the above question you will receive a confirmation email with the below information: ARRIVAL PROCEDURES 1.- AFTER DEPARTING PLANE, proceed to the Immigrations to present your passport and entry documentation. 2.- PICKUP your luggage on the appropriate belt 3 - Go thru Customs by handing over the Customs Declaration Form - you will push a button to determine if your bags will or will not be searched 4.- AFTER CUSTOMS, DO NOT stop at the Tourist Information or Travel Advisors booths in the hallway as you walk towards the exit. They might be Time Share employees asking to check your documents or pretend to be Customer Service or even Lomas Travel. Instead, GO DIRECTLY OUTSIDE. 5.- Locate your Lomas Travel Destination Representative among the other Transfer companies. They will have Teal shirts and white pants. Any Lomas employee can direct you to the correct location for your vehicle.
