Wedding Travel: Houston to Hyderabad, India
You can travel from Houston to Hyderabad on either Feb 23rd or 24th. Departing on the 23rd results in an early morning arrival on the 25th, while departing on the 24th means arriving early on the 26th. I suggest the 23rd to allow a day to settle in before the wedding on the 26th.

Flight
Reception Travel: Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam
Vizag (Visakhapatnam) is the Groom's hometown, and his family will be hosting the reception there. There are several nonstop flights from Hyderabad to Vizag. I recommend traveling to Vizag on the afternoon of February 27th.
