WHERE DO WE RSVP AND WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?

CAN I BOOK MY HOTEL THROUGH A DIFFERENT WEBSITE? (EXPEDIA OR DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HOTEL)

Answer

NO. Reservations must be made through our discounted group block in order to attend wedding events. Additional charges will be required to receive a wedding wristband required to attend wedding events if not booking through our group block with Shaadi Destinations (i.e., using Expedia or the resort's website is not permitted).

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE BETWEEN CANCÚN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND THE RESORT?

Answer

We will be taking care of your transportation to and from the airport. When you make your room reservation you will also be asked to input your travel information to help with coordinating the pickup and drop-off. Please make sure this information is accurate, as the transportation company will be tracking your flight information live just in case you get there early or later than expected.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Absolutely! Be sure to book your room at the Planet Hollywood Beach Resort for a Family-Friendly resort. Guests ages 18+ have the option to stay at the Adult Scene at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort.

ARE BOTH RESORTS ALL-INCLUSIVE?

Answer

Yes, Planet Hollywood is all-inclusive! Feel free to eat and drink as much as you desire, and feel free to explore all 9 different restaurants, bars, and more.

WILL ALL THE EVENTS TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS OR INDOORS?

Answer

Most of the wedding festivities will take place in various outdoor venues around the resort.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NIGHT STAY ON YOUR ROOM BLOCK?

Answer

Guests staying at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort must book at least 4 nights. Guests staying at Adult Scene at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort must book at least 3 nights. Because of the room availability, please try to stay at the Adult Scene area of the hotel (unless you are coming to the resort with kids).

No, in order to attend the events you will need to stay at the resort.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?

Your presence at our wedding is more important to us than a gift. However, if you do wish to give us a present, please no box gifts. Thank you!
