What is the dress code?

Answer

Bathing suit, cute cover-up, and swimming trunks. This wedding is super casual. We will be out in the SUN!!!! NO Formal Wear Please. Bride will be changing into her RED bathing suit after the ceremony.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Sorry....no. We would love for your little one to join us, but we want the adults to enjoy themselves without having to run after your little ones. Also we will be about an hour ride away from the shore which is not an ideal situation for emergencies with children.

How are we getting to the Island?

Answer

SWIMMING, no just kidding!!! PARTY BOAT- We will be providing transportation from Windsong Charter to the Island. If you have your own boat and wish to navigate yourself to the island then you are more than welcome too. If you would like to rent a boat, Captain Wendy will be more than happy to rent you one of her boats. If you are interested in renting a boat please contact Windsong Charter prior to the day of the wedding. Wendy's boats rent out pretty quickly.

Can I invite friends to the Wedding?

Answer

You may invite friends to the wedding but they will have to provide their own boat transportation and food. The PARTY boat that we are renting has limited seating for RSVP guests.

Will I have to pack a lunch?

Answer

We will be providing a BBQ style lunch which will include: pull pork, chicken, sausage, cole slaw, fruit, vegs, chip, water, and soda. BYOB if you can bring alcoholic beverages if desired. Please make sure all alcoholic beverages are in a cups.

Alcohol?

Answer

This is a BYOB Party. We will be doing a Toast SHOTS. These SHOTS will be provided by the Groom and Bride. The Toast SHOTS are a requirement!🍹. Also if you would prefer beer as your drink for the day, you are more than welcome to bring some. Please be mindful that all alcohol beverages must be in a cup.

Will there be any tents, umbrellas or chairs available?

Answer

We will have a tent and umbrellas available, however chairs will be limited....the water is crystal clear and bath tub temperature.... most people spend their time in the shallow water. If you have a tents or umbrellas, feel free to bring them.
