Dear family + friends, For a very long time, Tyler and I believed we would elope alone (with Chauncey, of course). There were a few reasons for this, but mostly, we're introverted people. The idea of hosting others on a day that marks the beginning of our marriage is the kind of social situation that keeps my therapist in business. But what's therapy for if not to encourage pushing outside our comfort zone? So, we changed our minds. We'd love to have you witness how well we clean up and hear you clap after we prove we can walk in a straight line down an aisle. (Chauncey may zig-zag, but please, still clap. He loves the attention.) Like what we wish for our marriage, we're keeping things simple and heartfelt - lots of love, peace, and laughter. A backyard ceremony will be followed by our favorite weekly tradition — pizza night. ("Wait, don't they live in an apartment?" is what you may be asking yourself, and you would be correct. So, we rented a backyard about 30 minutes from where we live because you can truly find anything on the Internet these days.) Our biggest wish is to have the most relaxed "us" wedding possible — will you join us? Love, Chauncey, Tyler, and Vivian
