The wedding will take place on October 11th, 2025 at Hacienda Kinchil. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM followed by a reception the same location. Please arrive no later than 3:00PM
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Once the wedding invites have been sent, you can RSVP on the website. You can also text us individually if you have trouble with the website!
Please RSVP on the website by August 11th, 2025.
We will be providing transportation service to and from the wedding. The pick up location will be at the NH Hotel (Found in the Travel Section) We recommend to stay at that hotel but its not mandatory, that will be the only pick up spot for the transportation so you will need to be punctual with the time. If you would like to get to the hacienda on your own, there is no uber that goes all the way to the hacienda so you will need to rent a car or chuffer.
The wedding will be outdoors.
Dress to Impress! Our wedding is Black-Tie Attire Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit or guayabera and women wear an evening gown. No white colors for women. Click on the "Gallery" tab for Outfit Inspo!
We kindly ask that only guests who have been explicitly invited with a plus one attend the wedding. If you have any questions regarding your invitation, please fee free to reach out to us directly.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
There is so much to explore and eat in Merida! We have added a list of our favorites in the "Things to do" section of the website.
Merida Yucatan, Mexico (Aeropuerto internacional Manuel Crescencio Rejon) is the main one but there are only two airlines that go directly from Miami to Merida that are: American Airlines & Viva (Right now they only go Tuesday & Saturday, other days have a stop before) Another airport option is Cancun Mexico (Cancun International Airport) - Once you are there, there is the option of taking the Mayan Train or the ADO Bus
Not unless specified in the invite. We would love to have everyone with us to celebrate, but unfortunately there are capacity restrictions.
