It was meant to be just another work event—but somewhere between meetings and networking, something shifted. That night, what was supposed to be all business turned into their very first date at Rocco’s Tacos. From that night on, everything started to fall into place. The jokes started flowing, and one in particular stuck: Eric would often say, “My love, my life, my future wife.” At the time, it was said with a smile—but now, it couldn’t be more fitting. They officially began dating on January 28, 2022. Since then, they’ve traveled across the world together, built a life filled with adventure, and created more memories than they could have imagined. And yes—they still work together every single day, and somehow love each other even more for it. Now, three years later, Eric and Priscilla are more in love than ever and ready to take the next step.
